It takes us 1-2 business days to process each order (custom items excluded). Shipping in the EU takes 3-5 days. For other destinations we can give you an estimation after the order has been placed. Due to Covid-19 deliveries may be significantly delayed.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any customs and import taxes that may apply. All our works are shipped into purpose-built wood boxes or crates, to ensure their safe transportation. Customers have the option to buy extra insurance by contacting us. Plan B Art is not liable for any damages that might occur during shipment.
Even though we are confident you will be satisfied with our works, we accept exchanges and refunds provided you contact us and ship items back within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
As soon as we receive the products you have returned, the refund procedures will begin.You will be refunded by depositing the amount in the bank account you will indicate to us.
We don’t accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for custom or personalised orders.
